External Data Access
External Database Access (EDA) enables you to convert data stored in the MultiValue
database to a 1NF database, such as Microsoft SQL Server, then access that data using existing
BASIC programs, Ad Hoc query language or SQL
Services include:
- Assist with the installation of the EDA Schema Manager
- Work with the customer to select a few files to EDA map and convert
- Review the EDA Architecture
- Provide training to the customer on EDA
- Assist with the installation of the ODBC drivers depending on the target database selected
- Provide literature to provide a complete Transfer of Knowledge
